Mediafire is stupid like that sometimes. If you just give it some time it’ll probably work again when you try later. ^^
Or if it still doesn’t work, you can always just direct download it from SushiY’s site, since he hosts all of his translations there: http://www.sushiy.com/index.php?page=scans
