Nekoshota

Frost, a fellow translator and one of my best friends here in the shota world, has been kind enough to allow me to host his wonderful translated works ^O^

So, starting tomorrow, I will be posting one of Frost’s translations every day for the next two weeks. Oh, and if you enjoy his translations and wanna leave him comments on them, I’m sure he’d love to read them ^^

Thanks to WPtouch, and an hour or so of customizations on my part, www.nekoshota.com has now been transformed into a magical, “web-application experience” when viewed from an iPhone, iPod touch, Android, BlackBerry Storm, or other compatible touch mobile device.

Finally got this one posted, yay! ^O^

My longest translation to date (50 pages!), and my first ever commissioned job.

Many thanks to Shugo for finding and purchasing this wonderful book, and to Azin for scanning it and commissioning me to translate it. I don’t normally take commissions, but this one was way too good to pass up xD

So, about the book. Peach Drops actually contains two stories by different artists; a catboy story by Narushige Rinpei (I assume titled “Peach Drops”), and a puppyboy story called “Shiro-Kuro” by Akutsu Kouji. Both of them are fantastically cute, and Rinpei’s story in particular had me “d’awww”-ing over it again and again. Not that there weren’t plenty of “d’awww” moments in “Shiro-Kuro” too xD

Anyway, I really hope you guys enjoy reading this one! I certainly enjoyed translating it ^^

Life is busy atm, so haven’t had time to organize the next translation post yet ;_;

So while you’re waiting, here’s an “undress” game of Mac OSX-kun, the shota OS-tan of the Mac OS X. He’s always been my favorite little anthropomorphic shota operating system. I just love his apple eye-patch xD

Basically you just launch the ball, and try and knock all the blocks out of the basket. Japanese menu is straightforward. After you click “Start”, the top option is “Shirt”, and the bottom option is “Skirt”. Once you’ve cleared the shirt, the top option becomes “Bra” and once you’ve cleared the skirt, the bottom option becomes “Panties”. Watch out once you’ve cleared either of those, because whichever one you cleared first is replaced with the option “quit”. So yeah, don’t click “やめる” unless you’ve had enough.

I really to spend less time translating, and more time actually posting stuff here.
Place has been pretty boring lately, huh? ;__;

Anyway yeah, I’ve had this one sitting around for a while now, just waiting to be packaged up and shared. You’d think that as a translator, the most exciting part of the whole translation process would be actually sharing the finished product with the wider community… but for me, that’s kinda just the “work” part at the end of a fun project xD. I suppose it’s good that I’m self-motivated to work, but I do often need to remind myself that you guys actually wanna see these things too ^^;;

Anyway, about the translation! This is a cute little 5 page oneshot by Hoshiai Hilo that caught my attention as being particularly sweet. Foolishly, I assumed that since it was so short, it wouldn’t take very long to finish. But yeah, lesson learned. Took me a long time to finally be happy with the translation on this one, but I’ve passed it by a bunch of proofreaders (thanks guys!), and looked over it again today myself, and I think it’s passable :3

So yay, I hope you all enjoy reading this little piece of Hoshiai Hilo sweetness ^^

If you’ve read my latest Soul Eater translation, and seen the South Park images I translated last year, then you can probably tell that I’m a big fan of both series. Well, while the Soul Eater translation is still fresh, I thought I’d take the chance to show off one of my favorite parody videos: a remake of the Soul Eater OP using characters from South Park (in anime style, of course )

Well, there’s another translation out of the way! I’ve been working on this one for aaages, so it’s great to finally have it completed and shared. I’m a big fan of this anime, and of the doujin artist, so there was no way I could pass up translating this book particular book ^^

I’ve actually been working on several Luciferhood/Uchoten doujins for a long time now (I keep putting them off in favor of other projects), so it’s awesome to finally have one finished xD

It’s finished! Finally! It feels good to release a new translation after so long
And equally as exciting (for me, anyway xD), this is my first ever translation of this artist’s work! ^__^

Hey all!
A very, very overdue update to let you guys know what’s been going on, and why I haven’t posted here in so long!

Firstly, to dispel the rumors that seem to have been going around in my absence:

No, I’m not dead.

No, I haven’t been arrested for having shota :S.

And no, I haven’t abandoned this blog, or my translations ^^

To make a long story short, after my last update (Sep 2009) I was nearing the end of my school year, and needed to spend time studying, finishing off assignments, and then studying for and sitting my exams. Since I wasn’t able to get any real “shota time” during my exam period I was feeling kinda stressed about finally getting some work done and posting more updates, but after spending weeks stressing about my exams, I really just wanted to rest and have some fun. So at my bf’s insistance, I decided to take a break from my translating, forget about my blog for a while, and the two of us jumped into the shiny new online game “Aion Online“. We spent about a month or so playing that together and having a great time (I made the cutest little shota mage xD), and then I had to pack my stuff and head off to Indonesia, where I have been studying until now. I’m doing an intensive Indonesian language program out in a pretty rural part of Indonesia, and I’ve had very little internet access, let alone time to actually use it

While I’ve been here I’ve really started missing my shota translating, my blog, and my of all my wonderful friends on MSN. I never expected I’d be away from you guys for so long (nearly 6 months T_T), but I got so caught up with my schoolwork and spending time playing with my bf that I just felt really bad every time I thought about how I’d been neglecting all my shota stuff, and so I just kept putting it off… and then suddenly it was time for me to go overseas

The good news is that it’s nearly time for me to come back home though! I get back home in a little over 2 weeks from now, and after I spend some much needed quality time with my bf and family, I’m keen to get this site up and running again. I actually have a few finished translations that are just sitting at home waiting for me to upload them, as well as another 10 or so that are still half finished.

The bad news though is that a week after I get home I have to start school again, and as it’s my final year of university, it’s going to be very time consuming. I can’t afford to fail any of my subjects, otherwise I’ll have to wait another whole year to repeat them and get my degree. On top of that, my bf and I are still very much into Aion Online (youtube it if you’ve never heard of it!), and I’ll probably end up still spending some of my free time playing that too. I’ll have to show off some cute screenshots of my character when I get home .

So yeah, I hope you guys will forgive me for being away for so long, and for not letting you know what was going on with the site before I left to go overseas!

Running out of time at the little net cafe here, so I’ll see you all again when I get home!

Oh! And sorry to all the people who have been leaving comments too! I have over 6000 messages I need to approve, and like 99% of them are spam. I promise I’ll try and get through them all when I get home.
