“I actually started this trilogy quite some time ago…maybe something like a year before it was finished. For most of that time, it stayed stuck at the first page. Then, around February of this year, I started working on it again. I got a sudden stir of inspiration, and it was all finished in time for UchoFan1’s birthday this year. “Hmm…what to say about this one? It’s one of the more “normal” of Takaya’s works, a slight deviation into more standard fare, as opposed to the usual full-on insanity that is the norm for this author. Let the reader beware, there is some slight non-con in this piece, but…unless you can’t take even the thought of forced sex, you’ll be alright with this one. Also, this is story I’ve had in the works for a long time. It was rather hard to translate, and it was editing hell…but I’m very glad I managed to finish it up. I love this piece to bits! ^_^ C’mere, Toshihiro… ^_^;;”

“Another title that didn’t exactly behave too well. “Nakayoshi” means “to get along well”, so the title should be something like “Aces that get along well”, or in the context of the story “Hole brother Aces”. Neither of those sound very good, though, so I opted to go with the original title. It took me two days to finish this, from when I decided to do it to when I posted it. It was just too cute to go untranslated. Expect more from this author from me later. ^_^”

“I usually make an effort to translate my titles…but this one defies translation, at least into something like a title. “Amaeru” means to “depend upon someone else for their kindness”, so the title means something like “It’s okay to depend upon me for my kindness”. Doesn’t sit well on the tongue, does it? Still, now you know. I did this one for two reasons: first off, for the reason I always do, because I love the story, and the author, as well as any “small niisan” scenario I can get my hands on. One of the reasons why I ended up liking “Full Metal Alchemist, incidentally. And secondly, because I love UchoFan1. ^_^”

“This used to be one of those pieces that just floated around the net, where few people knew much about where it came from or anything of the sort. Well, most people still don’t know where it comes from, but now they know who’s done it, what it’s called and what it’s all about, at least. And yeah, the older brother is singing a Guns n’ Roses song, “You could be mine”. Not their best, but not bad either. ^_^ Old style shota, of the kind that makes you miss it terribly. Especially in these crossdressing times…”

“This one had also been done before, but both the thematics, the art and the story made me want to do it pretty bad. ^_^ And no, me liking the theme or opting to use German names when they’re spoken by boys obviously intended to be good Germans, does not make me a Nazi Sympathiser…just a guy who thinks the National Socialists were right to order their uniforms from a designer house. ^_^”

“I still can’t quite put my finger on why exactly I like Tachibana Momoya so much. I have to admit I do, though, which is one of the reasons I translated this piece. Also, it showcases a rather summery feel, which made me do it as part of a summer special, along with “The Stream” and “Rainy Day”. Also, there is something to be said for wholesome bodied goodness and uncomplicated humping every now and again. ^_^”

“My fourth. The title doesn’t really translate well into english, but since I’m not Sho, I did it anyways. The reason I mention the Dark Lord’s name in the first place is that he has also done this piece, quite unbeknownst to me when I first did it. This is from the time when his translations were still good, but I think mine is still up to scratch. Not really my best moment, but worth the read. ^_^”

One of the big reasons for doing this one, apart from the fact that I think the action is hot beyond words, was it being a part of me always wanting to promote fringe artists to a shota community totally entranced with Mitsui Jun, Takase Yuu and Po~Ju. Thus, I did a work by Konata Hyuura, beneficiado of both shota x shota and loli x shota. I even finally got around to correcting my previously faulty reading of the author’s family name. ~_~;; Also available in Spanish, from certain sources. “

“My very first translation, and one of the more popular ones. A very cute and hot work from Juan Gotoh, and as far as I know the only explicit shota x shota work this artist has ever done. I’ve learned a few things since I did this, and I’ve been thinking of a retranslation…but, let’s see what time brings. This piece is apparently now also available in Spanish and German, based on my initial translation. ”

Frost, a fellow translator and one of my best friends here in the shota world, has been kind enough to allow me to host his wonderful translated works ^O^

Finally got this one posted, yay! ^O^

My longest translation to date (50 pages!), and my first ever commissioned job.

Many thanks to Shugo for finding and purchasing this wonderful book, and to Azin for scanning it and commissioning me to translate it. I don’t normally take commissions, but this one was way too good to pass up xD

So, about the book. Peach Drops actually contains two stories by different artists; a catboy story by Narushige Rinpei (I assume titled “Peach Drops”), and a puppyboy story called “Shiro-Kuro” by Akutsu Kouji. Both of them are fantastically cute, and Rinpei’s story in particular had me “d’awww”-ing over it again and again. Not that there weren’t plenty of “d’awww” moments in “Shiro-Kuro” too xD

Anyway, I really hope you guys enjoy reading this one! I certainly enjoyed translating it ^^
