“Don’t watch an anime called boku!”
Pretty funny, yeah. But she didn’t properly watch this OVA. =\ Pico*CoCo*Chiko has deep plot, even if it is not necessary for H-part.
Ahh! Yeah, she watched it before it was subtitled, so I don’t think she managed to catch much of the plot in there ^^

But there is not so hard Nihongo. I think, if you watch 100-150 anime serials, you can understand this level Japanese pretty well.
In Russia, only shotacons, anime-otaku (sorry, I don’t know correct english term for it) and /b/tards know about Boku no Pico. Except some shotacons, they understand simple japanese phrases.
Also, plot — isn’t only words. It has visual part too.

And I think we mostly just call them “otaku” here too xD
LOL, yeah the theme song is very catchy indeed.
Maybe she wont forget it after a month or so.
